Caregiver and Community Support Specialist, Lower Bucks County

At Access Services, we are seeking dedicated and compassionate Caregivers/Community Support Specialists to join our In-Home Supports team in Levittown, Morrisville, and surrounding areas in Lower Bucks County.
About the RoleThis full-time or part-time position offers an opportunity to provide essential support services to adults with developmental disabilities/Autism, enabling them to live independently in their home environment for as long as possible. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for providing personalized care and assistance to ensure each individual's well-being and happiness.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide supportive services to individuals with developmental intellectual disabilities in their own homes or family homes, promoting independence and community engagement.
- Develop and implement creative support plans tailored to each individual's needs, incorporating safe crisis management techniques, emotional support, and positive reinforcement.
- Maintain accurate case notes and records, ensuring seamless communication with colleagues and stakeholders.
As a valued member of our team, you can expect a competitive hourly rate starting at $17/hour, with opportunities for increases based on education and experience. Our comprehensive benefits package includes:
