As a Nurse Care Coordinator at Ochsner Health, you'll play a vital role in delivering exceptional patient care using the nursing process within the framework of the Nurse Practice Act, ANA Code for Nurses, and Scope & Standards of Practice. You'll effectively delegate, direct, and assist licensed and ancillary team members, taking ownership of quality patient outcomes and demonstrating empathy towards cultural, ethnic, and religious diversity in all interactions.
Our ideal candidate will possess a strong educational background, preferably an Associate or Bachelor's degree in nursing, and a current Registered Nurse (RN) license in the state of practice. Certification in a clinical specialty area is also highly desirable. Proficiency in computer software and web-based applications, excellent communication skills, and the ability to present information clearly and professionally are essential for this role. Strong organizational and time management skills will enable you to prioritize tasks effectively and manage your workload efficiently.
Job Responsibilities

What We Offer
Ochsner Health provides a competitive salary range of $65,000 - $90,000 per year, depending on experience, plus a comprehensive benefits package, including medical, dental, and vision coverage, retirement savings plans, and paid time off.
