Human Resources Coordinator

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Human Resources Coordinator to join our team at EMCOR Group.
This is a regular, full-time position that offers a competitive salary of $65,000 - $85,000 per year, depending on experience, plus comprehensive benefits and opportunities for growth and development.
About the Job:
The Human Resources Coordinator will be responsible for managing day-to-day services, policies, programs, and benefits, as well as processing new hire documentation, transfers, wage changes, and terminations. The ideal candidate will have excellent organizational and time management skills, with the ability to work efficiently and effectively in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Maintain HR Information System (HRIS) and compile reports from database
- Process new hire documentation, transfers, wage changes, and terminations
- Complete special projects by conducting research; developing and organizing information
- Process man hours requests and other employee requests as needed
- Protect company's value by keeping information confidential
- Ability to pivot priorities as necessary
- Employee relations
- Comply with federal, state, and local legal requirements
Requirements:
To be successful in this role, you will need to have a minimum of 2 years office experience, preferably in a high-volume atmosphere. You should also possess excellent organizational and time management skills, with the ability to work independently with little to no supervision. Additionally, you should be proficient with Microsoft Office, specifically Microsoft Excel, and be able to learn quickly.
