The Opportunity

We're looking for a driven and highly motivated sales professional with a strong track record of achieving and exceeding targets. As a Senior Account Executive, you'll have the opportunity to significantly impact the industry by offering consultative sales solutions to our clients in the built environment. Your day-to-day will consist of collaborating with cross-functional teams, developing and executing sales plans, building relationships with key stakeholders, and delivering consultative sales solutions to meet the unique needs of each client.

What You Need to Succeed
  • 5-7 years of proven sales experience with a strong track record of achieving and exceeding targets
  • Bachelor's degree in business, engineering, construction management, architecture, or equivalent business experience
  • Strong consultative sales skills and the ability to build relationships and trust with key stakeholders
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills
  • A self-starter mentality with a drive to continuously learn and grow

The pay range for this position is $106,650 - $159,975 per year; however, base pay offered may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. Base pay information is based on market location. A bonus may be provided as part of the compensation package, in addition to a full range of medical, financial, and/or other benefits, dependent on the position offered.
