Job Summary
We are seeking an enthusiastic and skilled Hospitality Representative to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for greeting and welcoming customers, resolving complaints, assisting with table settings, suggesting menu items, receiving payments, and maintaining a clean and organized environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Greet and welcome all customers upon arrival.
- Resolve customer complaints in a professional and courteous manner.
- Assist service personnel with clearing and setting tables.
- Suggest new menu items from the limited-time offerings.
- Receive payment and make correct change.
- Clean, complete side work, and organize supplies as needed.
Working Conditions:
This is a fast-paced environment where you will be standing for long periods, moving around the restaurant, and interacting with customers and colleagues. You must be able to lift up to 25 pounds and maintain a high level of energy throughout your shift.
Salary Information:
The estimated salary for this position is $20,000 per year, based on a 40-hour workweek and assuming no additional benefits or overtime pay. However, actual compensation may vary depending on factors such as location, experience, and performance.
