Aerotek offers a dynamic opportunity for an experienced Maintenance Professional - Equipment Specialist to join our team in West Des Moines, IA.
About the Role:- Troubleshoot complex mechanical and electrical systems on production equipment to ensure seamless manufacturing operations.
- Perform regular maintenance tasks to prevent equipment downtime, including repairs, replacements, and upgrades of conveyors, hydraulics, pneumatics, gearboxes, motors, bearings, saws, and overhead cranes.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify areas for improvement and implement process enhancements.
- 2+ years of experience in industrial maintenance, preferably with a focus on mechanical systems.
- Strong understanding of electrical systems, including AC/DC motors, 3-phase motors, and 480-volt wiring.
- Excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving skills, with ability to interpret blueprints, schematics, and diagrams.
- $30-$40 per hour salary range (based on experience)
