Yellow Brick Road Child Care I is seeking a passionate and experienced Lead Preschool Teacher to join our dynamic team. As a valued member of our staff, you will play a critical role in shaping the educational journey of our young learners.

Estimated Salary: $45,000 per year

• To maintain a safe, healthy, and inclusive environment that encourages exploration, creativity, and socialization.
• To communicate effectively with parents, colleagues, and other stakeholders, ensuring seamless collaboration and mutual understanding.

We are looking for an exceptional individual with:

• Prior experience in early childhood education or a related field.
• CPR/First Aid certification or willingness to obtain it.
• A positive attitude, strong work ethic, and commitment to our core values: Collaboration, Innovation, Communication, Nurturing, Positivity & Fun.
• Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team.
• Adherence to local childcare regulatory requirements.
• Physical ability to lift up to 35 pounds and safely manage infant care tasks.
• For Infant Pre-Kindergarten Teachers, a 2-year degree in early childhood education or a related field is preferred.
