The Leasing Consultant will play a key role in connecting prospective and current residents with our management team. This position requires strong sales and customer service skills, as well as the ability to work independently and as part of a team.

• Conduct tours of our apartment communities and show properties to prospective residents
• Sell our properties over the phone and internet to convert leads to on-site tours
• Greet all individuals entering the leasing office in a friendly and professional manner
• Maintain thorough knowledge of our properties and the local community
• Apply product knowledge to prospective residents' needs by effectively communicating features and benefits

• High school diploma or equivalent required
• Valid driver's license and vehicle insurance required
• Proficiency in English language, including reading, writing, and communication skills
