The estimated annual salary for this role is $65,000 - $90,000 based on location and experience.

Job Summary

We are seeking a highly detail-oriented individual to join our team as a Performance Associate. This role will involve preparing investment reports for clients, gathering data from various sources, and ensuring compliance with investment guidelines.

The ideal candidate will possess strong analytical skills, excellent communication abilities, and the ability to work well in a team environment.

In this role, you will be responsible for:

  • Gathering data from custody banks and investment companies via direct communication and secure portals
  • Filing data and making necessary inputs to reporting software
  • Calculating and reconciling investment returns and transaction history
  • Tracking and evaluating compliance certifications from investment companies
  • Identifying investment return differences and problem-solving discrepancies
  • Generating reports based on collected data and information
  • Coordinating with other departments to obtain materials required for client reporting packages

You will also have the opportunity to provide recommendations and identify items of interest to the Investment Consultant based on your analysis.

A bachelor's degree in finance, accounting, or math is required for this position. Experience with Microsoft Office and Adobe is also essential.
