Administrative Assistant

At Timeck Care Inc., we are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Administrative Assistant to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing administrative support to our office operations, ensuring the smooth day-to-day functioning of our organization.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Coordinate office operations, procedures, and resources to facilitate organizational effectiveness and efficiency.
  • Provide exceptional customer service, answering phone calls and directing them to the appropriate department.
  • Manage internal staff relations, ensuring a positive and productive work environment.
  • Prepare operational reports and schedules to ensure efficiency, and monitor office supplies inventory.
  • Implement procedural and policy changes to improve operational efficiency, and maintain a safe and secure working environment.
Requirements:
  • High school diploma with a number of years administrative and supervisory experience.
  • Experience working with Intellectual and Developmental Disability Individuals under DIDD, DCS, or MCOs.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to interact with a wide range of people.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Windows, with strong typing and word processing skills.
