We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Executive Support Specialist to support our executive team at Evolution Sports Group. The ideal candidate will be detail-oriented, possess excellent communication skills, and have the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage Executive Schedules: Arrange and coordinate executive appointments, meetings, and travel arrangements to ensure seamless execution of tasks.
  • Email and Phone Management: Handle emails and phone calls on behalf of executives with professionalism and discretion.
  • Research and Reporting: Conduct online research and prepare reports as needed to provide valuable insights to the executive team.
  • Project Coordination: Assist with project management and coordination of tasks to ensure timely completion and maximum productivity.
  • Document Preparation: Prepare and edit documents, presentations, and spreadsheets to support executive decision-making.
  • Data Entry and Organization: Perform data entry and maintain accurate records in accordance with company policies.
  • Stakeholder Communication: Coordinate and communicate with internal and external stakeholders to ensure effective collaboration and information sharing.

Requirements and Qualifications:

  • A minimum of 2 years of experience as a personal assistant or in a similar administrative role is required.
  • Excellent organizational and time-management skills are essential for this position.
  • Strong written and verbal communication abilities are necessary for successful collaboration with the executive team.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and Google Workspace is a must-have skill.
  • The ability to work independently and handle confidential information with discretion is crucial.
  • A high-speed internet connection and reliable computer setup are required for remote work.
  • Flexibility to work non-traditional hours, including some evenings and weekends as needed.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience working remotely with minimal supervision.
  • Familiarity with project management tools such as Trello or Asana.
  • Basic knowledge of bookkeeping or financial management principles.
