Responsibilities:- Provide Exceptional Customer Service: Greet each customer with a smile, answer their questions, and resolve any issues promptly and professionally.
- Serve Food and Beverages: Prepare and serve food and beverages to our guests, ensuring that everything is presented perfectly and meets our high standards.
- Process Transactions: Accurately process transactions using our point-of-sale system, maintaining a clean and organized workspace at all times.
- Maintain a Clean Environment: Keep the restaurant area clean and tidy, restocking supplies and equipment as needed.
To succeed in this role, you should possess:
- A friendly and approachable demeanor, with excellent communication skills.
- The ability to work in a fast-paced environment, prioritizing tasks and managing multiple responsibilities simultaneously.
- Basic computer knowledge, including proficiency in our point-of-sale system.
- Previous experience in the food service industry, preferably in a quick-service restaurant setting.
