Job Overview

The HCA Hope Fund is seeking a skilled Customer Service Representative to support the day-to-day operations of the grant-making organization. As a key point of contact, you will handle inquiries, process grant applications, and provide exceptional customer service to employees, HR business partners, and others.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Customer Service & Support: Manage Hope Fund telephone inquiries and email communications, ensuring calls and emails are routed to the correct contact or department.
  • Grant Processing: Assist with the implementation of the Hope Fund grant program, reviewing and processing grant applications within 2-3 business days.
  • Documentation & Communication: Help applicants gather necessary documentation to assess their financial need, communicating regularly with applicants and HR leaders regarding the status of grant applications.
  • Administrative Support: Assist other administrative staff with departmental projects and cross-coverage as required, ensuring smooth operation of day-to-day tasks within the department.

  • Technical Proficiency: High proficiency in Microsoft Office products, including Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
  • Adaptability & Flexibility: Ability to work independently, handle confidential information appropriately, and adapt quickly to changes in the work environment.
