About the Role

As a Nurse Practitioner at our organization, you will play a crucial role in providing evidence-based medical care and personalized support to our patients.

Responsibilities
We are seeking an experienced Nurse Practitioner to join our team, who will be responsible for evaluating patient medical needs, treating acute and chronic illnesses, and collaborating with healthcare professionals to maintain comprehensive care plans. Your duties will include:
- Conducting thorough medical assessments and developing individualized care plans
- Ordering and interpreting laboratory and diagnostic testing as needed
- Collaborating with caregivers and other healthcare professionals to ensure seamless patient care
- Providing referrals to other healthcare practitioners when necessary

Qualifications
To be successful in this role, you must possess the following qualifications:
- Active state Nurse Practitioners license
- Current Nurse Practitioner National Board Certification
- Active state DEA licensure
- Master's degree in Nursing (MSN)
- Five or more years of nursing experience; at least two years of nurse practitioner experience preferred
- Strong interpersonal communication skills – verbal and written
- Excellent time management skills with accountability for practitioner's daily workflow
