Salary and Benefits

We offer a competitive salary range of $27.84-$45.46 per hour, depending on experience. Additionally, you will receive shift differentials for evenings, overnights, and weekends. Job Description

As a Critical Care Nurse Specialist, you will be responsible for providing high-quality patient care in our Intermediate Care unit. Your duties will include systematic assessment, nursing diagnosis, implementation and evaluation of care, ensuring high standards of patient safety and teamwork. You will work closely with our interdisciplinary team to provide comprehensive care to patients with complex medical conditions, including those in our award-winning stroke unit.

Qualifications and Requirements

To be considered for this role, you must have a Diploma or Associate's degree in Nursing (ADN) required, Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN), or Master's of Science in Nursing (MSN) preferred. Previous experience in healthcare is also preferred. You must hold a current Oklahoma Registered Nurse license and maintain Basic Life Support (BLS) certification throughout your employment. New graduates are required to complete Norman Regional's Nurse Residency Program.
