Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Admissions Representative to join our team. The successful candidate will work closely with prospective students, parents, and other stakeholders to provide accurate information about ECPI University's programs and help identify the best fit for each individual's needs.

The Admissions Representative will play a key role in expanding our admissions team, bringing new students into our career programs, and guiding them towards achieving their goals. This is a unique opportunity for someone passionate about education and customer service to make a meaningful impact at ECPI University.

Responsibilities
  • Provide excellent customer service to potential students through consistent outreach and follow-up
  • Make outbound calls to prospective students who have expressed interest in attending ECPI University
  • Meet with potential students to accurately explain program offerings and discuss suitable programs based on their interests, qualifications, and career goals
  • Represent ECPI University on and off campus to prospective students, parents, and other individuals involved in the college selection process
  • Attend all admissions department meetings and training sessions
  • Achieve enrollment targets while maintaining high standards of customer service
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you should possess:

  • A bachelor's degree (preferably in a related field)
  • 1-3 years of experience in sales, marketing, public relations, recruitment, or a related field (strongly preferred)
  • Excellent communication, relationship-building, and follow-through skills
  • Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team
