Responsibilities:
• Screening patients to assess their physical therapy needs
• Performing evaluations and developing initial and interim treatment plans
• Documenting progress toward identified objectives
• Overseeing Physical Therapist Assistants
• Developing and implementing new programs to enhance physical therapy services
• Conducting patient and family education
• Delivering quality physical therapy services
Requirements:
• State licensure or eligibility to practice as a Physical Therapist
• Professional or student Physical Therapist experience
• Passing score on the National Physical Therapy Exam (NPTE) administered by the Federation of State Boards of Physical Therapy (FSBPT)
• Graduate of a Physical Therapy program accredited by the Commission on Accreditation in Physical Therapy Education (CAPTE) (or foreign equivalent)
• Cardiopulmonary Resuscitation (CPR) Certification
• Basic Life Support (BLS) Certification
