**Job Overview**
We are seeking a highly driven and competitive Account Growth Strategist to join our team. This role will focus on driving conversion of $1M new revenue from new customers while building programs to orchestrate sales growth in our public sector (SLED) and commercial market.
**Responsibilities**
- Create and present custom pricing solutions to potential high-growth commercial customers.
- Leverage education contracts, including Cooperative Purchasing partnerships and Bids, to acquire new education customers or drive growth for existing ones.
- Ensure smooth transitions to the account management team upon customer commitment.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records in CRM at all times, including activity logs and pipeline.
- Work closely with sales leadership and peers to drive revenue beyond traditional office supplies.
- Cultivate share of wallet by consolidating business from other vendors, creating customized pricing programs, and developing trusted advisor relationships with key accounts and their affiliated sites.
**Requirements**
- You must be a highly driven, competitive, results-oriented person who leverages communication and persuasion skills to strategize, grow, and close growth-based opportunities.
- A strong performance in an environment that requires adaptability to change.
- 4+ years of field sales experience.
