Hotel Night Auditor

The Hotel Night Auditor is a vital member of the GULF SHORES QUALITY INN team, responsible for delivering exceptional guest experiences throughout their stay. This role requires strong communication and problem-solving skills, as well as attention to detail and a commitment to providing excellent hospitality services.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage front desk operations, ensuring seamless check-ins and check-outs for guests.
• Maintain accurate records of guest information and transactions.
• Collaborate with Housekeeping to ensure rooms are ready for occupancy and address any issues promptly.
• Coordinate maintenance and repair work to minimize disruptions to guests.

Requirements:

• Previous experience in hospitality or a related field is preferred but not required.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment, prioritizing tasks and managing multiple responsibilities.
• Proficiency in Quore or similar property management systems is essential.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a focus on delivering exceptional customer service.
• Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to adapt to changing situations and priorities.
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision, as well as collaboratively as part of a team.

Estimated Salary Range: $40,000 - $60,000 per annum, depending on experience and qualifications.
