Key Responsibilities:

• Be a Meat Expert: Demonstrate knowledge of business operations, product safety standards, and inventory management to ensure the highest quality meat products are prepared and displayed for our members.
• Be a Team Player: Collaborate with other associates to build a strong meat team, communicate effectively, and be flexible to meet the needs of the business.
• Be a Problem Solver: Leverage digital tools to drive sales, improve the shopping experience, and elevate associate engagement. Utilize handheld technology to make informed business decisions and adapt to new tools.
• Be an Owner: Ensure operational excellence by maintaining a clean and organized work area, adhering to company policies and procedures, and ensuring quality and date control standards for meat products.

Requirements:

• Must be 18 years of age or older
• Ability to stand for long periods and lift up to 25 pounds
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills
