Salary and Benefits

This position offers a competitive salary range of $70,000 to $80,000, based on experience and qualifications. You'll also enjoy a comprehensive benefits package, including opportunities for professional growth and development.

Job Description

As a Technical Trainer, you'll be responsible for delivering technical training programs to Stewart employees. This includes reviewing business needs, identifying learning gaps, and designing effective training solutions. You'll also assist with content creation, delivery, and evaluation to ensure organizational and individual needs are met.

  • Deliver high-quality technical training programs to Stewart employees.
  • Review and escalate business needs, determining associated learning gaps.
  • Assist with content design, development, and delivery, creating a positive learning experience.
  • Evaluate training programs to ensure they meet organizational and individual needs.
Required Skills and Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you'll need:

  • A bachelor's degree in a relevant field or equivalent experience.
  • Typically 2+ years of related work experience.
  • Knowledge of the title and escrow industry is preferred.
  • The ability to solve complex problems using technical experience, judgment, and precedents.
