Foster Care Specialist

As a Foster Care Case Management Specialist, you'll play a vital role in connecting youth and families with essential resources and support. Our team is dedicated to creating lasting change, and we're seeking dynamic professionals to join us in this mission.
Responsibilities:
- Work with a small caseload of youth and parents to identify and address their unique needs.
- Connect families with community resources, services, and support systems.
- Develop and implement individualized plans to promote resilience, self-sufficiency, and healthy relationships.
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure comprehensive support and coordination.
- Provide guidance, education, and advocacy to empower families to make informed decisions.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's Degree in Social Work, Human Services, Education, Counseling, or Psychology.
- 30 hours of coursework in human development, child development, family intervention techniques, or therapeutic techniques.
- At least 2 years of experience in child welfare or a related field.
- Valid driver's license and proof of current vehicle insurance.
Benefits:
- Competitive salary range: $44,000 - $48,000 annually.
- Sign-on bonus: $1000 (paid in two installments).
