Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to join our team. The ideal candidate will have experience working with children, teens, and young adults in a clinic setting, preferably in Colorado. As a BCBA at Willow ABA Services, you will be responsible for developing and implementing client plans, supervising Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs), and ensuring the highest level of professionalism, ethics, and clinical standards are met.

Duties and Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement client plans to address skill acquisition and maladaptive behavior reduction
  • Supervise RBTs to ensure they are performing their jobs in accordance with guidelines set forth by Willow, HIPAA regulations, the BACB's Professional and Ethical Compliance Code for Behavior Analysts, and other pertinent regulatory bodies
  • Provide ongoing supervision of one-to-one direct ABA treatment programming
  • Conduct thorough medical documentation audits for all clients regularly
  • Attend client team meetings as necessary or as requested
  • Participate in the presentation of client progress
  • Act as an active training member for directors, including onsite staff training, Willow initial employee orientation training, and clinical staff team meetings
  • Ensure that all staff members demonstrate proficiency in implementing ABA programming, utilizing behavior change procedures that meet designated standards of reliability and scientific rigor
  • Satisfactorily answer questions regarding the principles of ABA, demonstrating proficiency on all evaluations developed for each of the essential skills of the BCBA

Requirements

  • Master's degree in Applied Behavior Analysis or related field
  • Current BCBA certification
  • Competency in writing behavior reduction and skill acquisition programs
  • Experience working with children, teens, and young adults in a clinic setting, preferably in Colorado
  • Ability to provide supervision for staff in school to become a BCBA
  • Creative and organized individual with a strong work ethic
  • Knowledge of BACB ethics and policies
  • Experience with Central Reach (highly desired)
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Strong leadership skills, thorough, and detail-oriented
  • Participates in individual continuing education and professional development

Salary: $65,000 - $85,000 per year

Schedule: Monday to Friday
