About the Role

We're seeking a skilled Bistro Associate to join our team at Rosauers Supermarkets. As a Bistro Associate, you'll be responsible for crafting customized sandwiches, salads, and other culinary delights that will leave our customers in awe.

Key Responsibilities
  • Welcome and greet customers with a smile, ensuring a warm and inviting atmosphere.
  • Answer customer questions and provide recommendations, showcasing your knowledge of our products and services.
  • Update displays and cases to ensure new items and promotions are showcased, maintaining a visually appealing store environment.
  • Ensure work areas are clean and ready to service customers, adhering to food safety and sanitation procedures.
  • Cooperate with colleagues to ensure exceptional customer satisfaction and a seamless shopping experience.
  • Perform other duties as required to ensure the overall success of our company.
Requirements
  • Previous experience in a similar role, preferably in the food service industry.
  • A genuine passion for providing an outstanding customer experience and a commitment to excellence.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
