We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Housekeeping Attendant to join our team at Staybridge Suites in Pigeon Forge, TN.

About the Job

This is an excellent opportunity for individuals who enjoy working in a fast-paced environment and take pride in providing exceptional customer service. As a Housekeeping Attendant, you will be responsible for maintaining the cleanliness and organization of hotel rooms and public areas.

Responsibilities
  • Change bed linen and make beds to ensure a clean and comfortable environment for guests.
  • Replace used towels and replenish bath care products to meet guest expectations.
  • Sweep, mop, and vacuum floors to maintain a tidy appearance.
  • Dust furniture and fixtures to provide a dust-free environment.
  • Restock beverages and food items in the mini-bar to meet guest needs.
  • Clean public areas, including corridors, to ensure a pleasant experience for all guests.
  • Report any technical issues or maintenance needs to ensure prompt attention.
  • Address guest inquiries and provide assistance with lost items.
  • Ensure all assigned rooms are clean and tidy by the end of each shift.
Requirements
  • Previous work experience as a Room Attendant or Housekeeper.
  • Experience with industrial cleaning equipment and products.
  • Good physical health and stamina to perform tasks efficiently.
  • Flexibility to work in shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
  • Ability to work with minimal supervision while meeting high-performance standards.
  • Excellent organizational skills to prioritize tasks effectively.
  • Ability to follow instructions and guidelines.
  • High school diploma preferred but not required.
