As a Branch Retail Supervisor, you will be responsible for leading a dedicated team, driving success and growth, and cultivating strong relationships with customers in the Indianola community.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee branch retail staff, providing daily guidance and support to ensure proper coverage, efficiency, and customer satisfaction while meeting departmental goals and objectives
  • Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with customers, fostering customer growth and retention
  • Perform intermediate duties and support related to branch activities and financial services by tending to customer needs at an outstanding service level
  • Guide customers in their selection of various accounts and financial services, cross-sell the Bank's products and services, and manage all account types from opening to closing
  • Represent the Bank in various community, civic, and community reinvestment functions to help establish and maintain the Bank's market position in the community

Requirements:

  • Must possess a high school diploma or equivalent
  • 3-5 years of experience in a related banking role, with management experience, is a plus
  • Should have knowledge of banking procedures, regulations, products, and services
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills are essential
  • Strong organizational, multitasking, and attention to detail skills are necessary
  • Must reside within 15 miles of Indianola
