Compensation and Benefits:

  • Hourly Wage: $42.00 - $45.00, commensurate with experience

Position Overview: We are currently seeking a Crane Operator to join our team and contribute to various projects across the Colorado mountain region. The initial assignment will involve work on an expansion project at a Mine Water Discharge Treatment Plant.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct crane operations, ensuring safe setups and evaluating foundation stability.
  • Assist with critical pick work plans and perform daily pre-shift crane inspections.
  • Engage in strenuous manual labor associated with water and heavy concrete construction projects.
  • Adhere to operating procedures for loading and unloading materials.
  • Inspect and maintain crane equipment to ensure compliance with safety regulations.
  • Manage work efficiency to meet productivity goals.
  • Report any issues to the Foreman, Safety Manager, or Human Resources.

Qualifications:

  • Crane Certification (NCCCO) required.
  • Certification to operate hydraulic, rough terrain cranes.
  • Minimum of two years of driving experience and one year of crane operation experience, or a suitable combination of education and training.
  • Ability to comply with safety policies and effectively communicate with team members.
  • Willingness to work overtime, including nights and weekends, as necessary.
