Job Overview

Soliant is seeking a skilled Speech Language Pathologist to provide speech and language services to students with communication disorders. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in evaluating and diagnosing communication disorders, as well as developing effective treatment plans.

Responsibilities:
  • Evaluate and assess students with communication disorders to diagnose the root cause of the issue.
  • Develop individualized treatment plans to address the specific needs of each student.
  • Provide speech and language therapy to students in both individual and group settings.
  • Collaborate with teachers, parents, and other professionals to ensure the best possible outcomes for students.
  • Maintain accurate records of evaluations, assessments, and therapy sessions.
  • Attend meetings and provide reports on student progress.

Requirements:

  • A valid license to practice as a Speech Language Pathologist in Rhode Island.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills.
