As a key member of our Service Department, you will be responsible for overseeing the maintenance and repair of our customers' heavy duty and medium duty trucks. Your primary goal will be to ensure that our customers receive exceptional service and that their vehicles are returned to them in excellent condition.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Meet with customers to determine their needs for repair and/or service of their vehicle issues
  • Oversee the technicians working on customer vehicles, including time management, efficiency, parts ordering, and job completion times

  • Notify the Service Manager of incoming work and assist in scheduling
