Account Development Manager

At Godsell & Davis, we are seeking a highly skilled Account Development Manager to join our team. This role is ideal for individuals with a passion for delivering exceptional customer experiences and driving business growth.
About the Role:We are looking for someone who can build strong relationships with our customers, understand their needs, and provide tailored solutions that meet their expectations.
Main Responsibilities:- Develop and maintain a deep understanding of our products and services to effectively communicate their value to customers.
- Work closely with cross-functional teams to identify opportunities for growth and develop strategies to capitalize on them.
- Conduct regular customer meetings to discuss their needs, provide product information, and offer personalized recommendations.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to ensure seamless communication and effective issue resolution.
- A minimum of 1-3 years of experience in sales, customer service, or account management.
- Proven ability to think creatively and develop innovative solutions to complex problems.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to effectively articulate technical information to non-technical audiences.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- An estimated salary range of $60,000 - $80,000 per year, depending on experience and qualifications.
