Critical Care Specialist

At Della Infotech, Inc., we are seeking a highly skilled Critical Care Specialist to join our team.
About the Role:
We are looking for an experienced Registered Nurse with expertise in critical care. As a Critical Care Specialist, you will be responsible for providing high-quality patient care in a fast-paced environment.
What You Will Do:
- Provide direct patient care to critically ill patients, including assessing, planning, implementing, and evaluating individualized care plans.
- Maintain accurate and detailed records of patient information, treatment plans, and progress notes.
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to develop and implement comprehensive care plans that address the physical, emotional, and social needs of patients.
- Participate in quality improvement initiatives and contribute to the development of policies and procedures related to critical care.
Requirements:
- Current licensure as a Registered Nurse (RN) in Single State or RN - Multi-state Compact.
- Basic Life Support (BLS) certification, with the option to become BLS-Instructor certified.
- Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS) certification, with the option to become ACLS-Instructor certified.
- All certifications required upon hire, unless otherwise stated.
Benefits:
