Produce Specialist

We are currently seeking a skilled Produce Specialist to join our team at the Green Hills Farm Discount Grocery in Lititz. As a key member of our produce department, you will be responsible for ensuring that our customers receive the freshest and highest quality products available.

In this role, you will work closely with our produce manager to ensure that all products meet our high standards of quality and freshness. You will be responsible for receiving, stocking, and merchandising produce items, as well as maintaining a clean and organized workspace.
Job Requirements- 1-2 years of experience in produce or retail environment
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and stand for long periods of time
- Basic math skills and ability to handle cash and operate a point-of-sale system
We offer a competitive salary range of $45,000 - $55,000 per year, depending on experience. In addition to a competitive salary, we also offer a comprehensive benefits package, including health insurance, dental insurance, and a 401(k) plan.
