We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Travel LPN to join our team at HexaQuEST Health, Inc. as part of our commitment to delivering high-quality patient care.

**Job Summary:**

The Travel LPN will provide exceptional nursing care to patients in a variety of settings, including sedgewood commons. This is a 7 hour shift, starting at 22:45:00 and ending at 07:15:00. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in medical-surgical nursing and excellent communication skills.

**Responsibilities:**

- Provide direct patient care, assessing, and documenting patients' conditions and treatment plans

- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to coordinate patient care and develop individualized treatment plans

- Participate in quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient outcomes and satisfaction

- Communicate effectively with patients, families, and healthcare providers to ensure seamless care transitions

**Requirements:**

- Current licensure as an LPN in the state where assigned

- Minimum 1 year of experience in medical-surgical nursing or a related field

- Excellent clinical and communication skills

- Ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a team

- Flexibility to work varied shifts, including evenings and weekends
