Dialysis Nurse

Renal healthcare is at the forefront of our mission, and we are seeking an experienced Dialysis Nurse to join our team. This role requires a minimum of 1 year of RN experience in dialysis or related field.

DaVita – a leader in renal healthcare – provides quality care to patients dealing with end-stage renal disease (ESRD) or chronic kidney disease (CKD). We strive to deliver compassionate and empathetic care in an intimate outpatient setting.

We are looking for a skilled Dialysis Nurse who can build meaningful relationships with patients and their families. The ideal candidate will have strong communication skills and be able to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.

• Build long-term relationships with patients and their families
• Work closely with multidisciplinary teams to provide comprehensive care
• Deliver patient education on dialysis treatments and self-care practices

We offer a competitive salary range of $95,000 - $125,000 per annum, depending on qualifications and experience. Our total rewards package includes:

To be successful in this role, you will need:

• Associates Degree in Nursing (A.D.N) from accredited school of nursing required; Bachelor of Science in Nursing (B.S.N); three-year diploma from accredited diploma program may be substituted for nursing degree
• Minimum of 1 year of RN experience required
