Job Summary:

We are seeking a skilled Medical Technologist to join our team at MLee Healthcare Staffing and Recruiting, Inc. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in laboratory procedures and a passion for delivering high-quality patient care services.

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform laboratory tests and procedures in a timely and accurate manner
• Determine specimen validity and inform clients of recollection protocols as needed
• Identify and diagnose issues with laboratory equipment and implement repairs
• Verify test results and ensure accurate matching with specimens
• Label and organize tests for easy retrieval

Requirements:

• Medical Technologist - MLT / MT Degree from an Accredited University
• ASCP Certification required
• Knowledge of laboratory procedures, equipment, and quality control methods
• Hospital or Clinical experience
• Familiarity with laboratory information systems and computer technology
