Job Title: Customer Service Representative

Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Customer Service Representative to join our team at CenterState Bank. As a Customer Service Representative, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service to our clients, providing solutions to their banking needs, and promoting our products and services.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide timely and courteous service to customers, responding to their inquiries and resolving their issues in a professional and efficient manner.
  • Open and close customer accounts, including checking, savings, and money market accounts.
  • Process transactions, including deposits, withdrawals, and transfers.
  • Assist customers with loan applications and other banking services.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with customers, identifying their needs and providing solutions to meet those needs.
  • Work collaboratively with other team members to achieve sales and customer service goals.
  • Stay up-to-date on banking products and services, including features and benefits.
  • Participate in ongoing training and development to improve skills and knowledge.

Requirements:

  • High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • Successful completion of in-house training program.
  • Computer literacy and proficiency in Microsoft Office.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.
