Job DescriptionWe are seeking a skilled and compassionate Registered Nurse to join our team as a Dialysis Nurse Supervisor. In this role, you will oversee patient care services, ensure safety and comfort for patients, and lead a team of clinicians in delivering high-quality care. Your responsibilities will include:
- Coordinating ESRD patient care and services, tracking vital signs, lab values, and metrics.
- Ensuring patient safety, comfort, and well-being through effective leadership and communication.
- Training and mentoring junior staff members to enhance their skills and knowledge.
- Floating to various facilities during and after training to support operational needs.
As a Dialysis Nurse Supervisor, you will work closely with your team to deliver exceptional patient care in an intimate outpatient setting. You will be part of a positive environment that supports collaboration and teamwork, leveraging your nursing expertise to make a meaningful difference in the lives of patients.
RequirementsTo be successful in this role, you will need:
- A current Registered Nurse (RN) license in the state of practice.
- At least 18 months of registered nursing experience, preferably in dialysis, ICU, CCU, ER, or Med Surg settings.
- Dialysis Charge RN readiness approval by a clinical Nurse Manager or RN-licensed FA/GFA.
- Certified Nephrology Nurse (CNN) or Certified Dialysis Nurse (CDN) certification is preferred.

Salary RangeThe estimated salary for this role is between $85,000 and $115,000 per year, depending on qualifications, skills, and experience. Compensation may vary based on individual circumstances, and we offer a competitive total rewards package to support your financial well-being.
