Restaurant Operations Manager

Burger King Corporation is seeking a seasoned Restaurant Operations Manager to lead our Burger King restaurant team in delivering exceptional customer experiences.

The successful candidate will have 1-3 years of supervisory or management experience in the food service industry, preferably from a restaurant or retail environment. They will possess strong leadership skills, the ability to train and guide staff, and excellent problem-solving techniques.
Key Responsibilities:
- Instructs, trains, coaches, and develops the restaurant team to achieve organizational goals.
- Responsible for recruiting, hiring, and staffing the restaurant team to maximize customer service and sales efforts.
- Works to maximize sales and profits within the restaurant by effectively managing inventory, controlling cash, and enforcing company policies.
- Assures that all safety and security procedures are followed within the restaurant.
Requirements:
- 1-3 years of supervisory or management experience in the food service industry.
- Able to work with a high degree of independence and discretion.
- Able to work flexible hours.
- Good written, verbal, math, and interpersonal skills.
- Valid driver's license with reliable transportation.
Estimated Salary: $16.75 - $17.50 per hour, based on market research and industry standards.
