Key Responsibilities:

  • Instructs, trains, coaches, and develops the restaurant team to achieve organizational goals.
  • Responsible for recruiting, hiring, and staffing the restaurant team to maximize customer service and sales efforts.
  • Works to maximize sales and profits within the restaurant by effectively managing inventory, controlling cash, and enforcing company policies.
  • Assures that all safety and security procedures are followed within the restaurant.

Requirements:

  • 1-3 years of supervisory or management experience in the food service industry.
  • Able to work with a high degree of independence and discretion.
  • Able to work flexible hours.
  • Good written, verbal, math, and interpersonal skills.
  • Valid driver's license with reliable transportation.

Estimated Salary: $16.75 - $17.50 per hour, based on market research and industry standards.
