The Role

As a Field Marketing Manager at Veeva, you will develop and execute integrated marketing plans to drive revenue and retention goals for our market-disrupting data offering. You'll collaborate closely with Sales, Market Strategists, and Product Marketing teams in a dynamic and rapidly growing business.

Your Responsibilities

  • Oversee demand generation and field marketing plans to support revenue objectives
  • Develop and execute targeted marketing programs, including demand generation campaigns, customer retention, education initiatives, and events
  • Work closely with sales teams to craft account-level marketing plans for top strategic accounts
  • Manage agencies and third-party vendors in program execution
  • Track and measure marketing programs, optimizing resources against objectives and budget

Requirements and Qualifications

  • 5+ years of experience in demand generation/field marketing within B2B enterprise software or cloud-based solutions
  • Ability to turn vision into strategy and marketing plan
  • Experience running demand gen campaigns and customer campaigns
  • Integrated marketing program planning, execution, and reporting experience
  • Proven ability to build relationships with stakeholders, including sales, subject matter experts, services, and product marketing
  • Self-motivated, innovative, collaborative, creative, and analytical
  • Experience managing quarterly and annual program budgets
  • Vendor management and negotiation experience
  • Crm and marketing automation systems experience
  • Strong project management skills; excellent attention to detail
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills, including copywriting experience

Compensation

Our base salary range for this role is between $75,000 and $135,000. This represents a potential base salary range for this position and may vary based on experience and location. Additional compensation types, such as variable bonus and/or stock bonus, may also be available.
