We are seeking a compassionate and skilled Residential Caregiver to join our team at Harbor Retirement Associates. As a key member of our staff, you will play a vital role in providing exceptional care and support to our residents, ensuring their physical, emotional, and spiritual needs are met.

About the Role:

• Assist residents with Activities of Daily Living (ADLs), such as bathing, dressing, and grooming
• Provide personal care services, including toileting, feeding, and transferring
• Respond to resident emergencies and take appropriate action
• Maintain a clean and safe environment, adhering to infection control guidelines and OSHA regulations
• Develop and maintain positive relationships with residents, families, and colleagues

Requirements:

• High school diploma or equivalent required
• Previous experience in caregiving or a related field preferred
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
