Video Content Creator

Lakepointe Church is a dynamic community of faith that seeks to inspire and uplift its members through various forms of media.

The estimated annual salary for this position is between $45,000 and $60,000, depending on experience.

We are seeking an experienced Video Producer to join our team. As a key member of our digital media department, you will be responsible for creating high-quality video content for worship services, church ministries, and social media platforms.

Your primary duties will include:

• Pre-production, shooting, editing, exporting, and delivering high-quality videos for various projects;
• Producing, shooting, editing, and delivering our weekly announcement video: LP News;
• Maintaining a digital media file archive system;
• Engaging in and contributing to monthly worship sessions during All Staff meetings;
• Using motion design and animation templates for personal and team projects;
• Counseling and training volunteers who assist with shooting, processing files, and simple editing tasks;
• Managing field production projects, including equipment setup, capture, and load-out.

To be considered for this role, you must possess:

• A high school diploma or equivalent;
• At least one year of direct experience in video production, preferably in a similar setting;
• Strong organizational skills and the ability to work effectively in fast-paced environments requiring multitasking;
• A proven track record of managing multiple video projects at various stages of production simultaneously.
