At Della Infotech, Inc., we are seeking a skilled Healthcare Specialist to join our team in the Pediatric Critical Care unit. As a vital member of our healthcare team, you will be responsible for providing top-notch patient care and collaborating with colleagues to ensure the best possible outcomes.
In this role, you will have the opportunity to work with a variety of patients and families, developing strong relationships and providing empathetic care. Your expertise in critical care will enable you to make a meaningful difference in the lives of our patients and their loved ones.
We offer a competitive salary range of $150,000 to $180,000 per year, commensurate with experience. In addition to your base salary, you will also receive a comprehensive benefits package, including medical, dental, and vision insurance, 401(k) matching, and paid time off.
To be successful in this role, you must have a minimum of 2 years of experience in pediatric critical care or a related field. You should possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, as well as the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
The ideal candidate will have experience with procedures such as CPAP/BiPap, High Frequency Vents, Oscillators, Procedure Sedation, RSI - Rapid Sequence Intubation Drugs, Trach Care, Vents, Blood/Blood Products Administration, CVP, Obtain 12 Lead EKG, Drains, Epidural Pumps, PCA Pumps, PICC/Central Lines, Port-A-Cath/Vascular Device Access/Care, Syringe Pumps, Traction/Halo/Pin Care, and Triple Lumen Catheter.
