We are seeking an Independent Optometrist to lease space inside our Walmart stores, empowering you with autonomy to establish your practice and set your own schedule.

Responsibilities
- Provide exceptional eye care and vision services to customers within Walmart stores
- Manage patient schedules, establishing days and hours of operation that suit your needs
- Leverage opportunities for growth, including equipment and support services, while maintaining 100% of exam/professional fees
Requirements
- Hold a Doctor of Optometry (OD) degree from an accredited institution or an Ophthalmologist (MD or DO) degree from an accredited school
- Possess a valid state optometry or ophthalmology license
- Maintain General Liability and Professional Liability Insurance Certificates
- Provide a W-9 form
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in managing a private optometry practice
- Familiarity with retail environments and customer service standards
Salary and Benefits
The estimated salary for this position is $250,000 - $350,000 per year, depending on experience and qualifications. This figure reflects the competitive market rate for an independent optometrist in the Normal, IL area.
