Job Overview

nichole castech - State Farm Agent is seeking a dynamic Sales Producer to join their team. As a key member of the Insurance Account Position, you will be responsible for identifying opportunities and converting leads into long-lasting customer relationships.


Compensation Package

The estimated salary for this position is $19.50-$23 per hour, plus commission/bonus. This competitive compensation package includes paid time off, health benefits, profit sharing, and growth potential.


Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute sales strategies to meet marketing goals.
  • Maintain a strong work ethic with a total commitment to success each day.
  • Work closely with the agent to establish and meet sales quotas.

Requirements
  • Sales experience in outside sales, inside sales, retail sales, or telemarketing.
  • A successful track record of meeting sales goals/quotas.
  • Ability to effectively relate to customers and communicate directly.
  • Property & Casualty license.
