Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Administrative Assistant to join our team at DaVita. As an Administrative Assistant, you will play a critical role in providing administrative support to our healthcare team, ensuring the timely and accurate completion of tasks, and providing exceptional patient care.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide administrative support to the healthcare team, including data entry, filing, and record-keeping.
  • Ensure the timely and accurate completion of tasks, including change requisitions, treatment logs, patient charts, invoices, and purchase orders.
  • Assist patients with transportation arrangements and physician appointments.
  • Collaborate with the healthcare team to ensure seamless patient care and support.
Requirements
  • High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • Obtained CMS-approved Patient Care Technician (PCT) certification.
  • Excellent computer and clerical skills, including Microsoft Office.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively.
