About the Role

We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Speech Language Pathologist to join our educational community in Lebanon, KY. As a full-time SLP, you will play a vital role in enhancing student communication skills and supporting their academic growth within a supportive environment.

Responsibilities
  • You will assess and treat speech, language, and communication disorders among students, creating personalized plans to meet their unique needs.
  • You will develop and manage Individualized Education Programs (IEPs) tailored to each student's requirements, ensuring they receive the support they need to succeed.
  • You will participate in IEP meetings, providing expert insights and progress updates to educators and families, fostering collaboration and effective communication.
  • You will maintain thorough records of student progress and adapt intervention plans accordingly, ensuring continuous improvement and optimization of services.
  • You will work closely with educational staff and parents to create an inclusive learning environment, promoting social, emotional, and academic development.
Qualifications
  • You must hold a Master's degree in Speech Language Pathology or a related field.
  • You must be licensed as a Speech-Language Pathologist in Kentucky and possess an ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) or eligibility for a Clinical Fellowship Year (CFY).
  • You should have effective communication and team collaboration skills, with prior experience in a school setting preferred but not required.
