Job Summary:

Maxim Healthcare Services is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Registered Nurse (RN) to fill the role of Clinical Supervisor. This position will be responsible for providing clinical oversight and supervision to homecare clients and patients served. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in nursing, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work effectively in a team environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide clinical supervision and oversight to homecare caregivers and patients served
• Develop and implement care plans to meet the unique needs of each client
• Conduct regular evaluations and assessments to ensure high-quality care
• Collaborate with the office clinical leader to develop and implement education and training programs for caregivers
• Travel to patient homes for onsite visits as needed

Requirements:

• Active RN license required
• Minimum one year experience as a Registered Nurse preferred
• Supervisory experience preferred
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Knowledge of Microsoft Office and computer literacy required
• Proficiency in the English language required

Compensation:

Competitive salary range: $75,000 - $80,000 per year, plus annual bonus potential of $3,500, paid out quarterly
