Job Summary

This exceptional opportunity as a RN Supervisor involves overseeing the daily operations of our ACT program, encompassing referral management, scheduling work assignments, training new employees, monitoring timecards, supervising staff performance, and collaborating with leadership in hiring and termination decisions. This role also requires weekly staff supervision, focusing on providing strategies to support clients with care coordination needs, identifying administrative and personnel deficiencies, and collaborating with leadership as necessary.

In addition to these responsibilities, this position serves as a limited direct service provider, meeting and maintaining assigned client caseloads by rendering nursing services within the framework of core ACT operating principles, professional nursing ethics, and state and city regulatory guidelines. Key services include inpatient, outpatient, and community-based visits, quality care delivery through effective nursing assessment, triage, and treatment planning, collaboration with psychiatry providers in supporting and coordinating client medical needs, and managing psychiatric crises while ensuring the best outcome for client safety.

The ideal candidate will possess excellent verbal and written communication skills, able to build rapport with clients and team members, and maintain a valid unrestricted driver's license. Proficient computer skills, including Microsoft Suite, are required, with the ability to type 25+ w.p.m. for input and output of information. Experience in case management and/or skills development services, program development and/or implementation, and comprehension of strengths-based client approaches are preferred.

We offer a competitive salary range of $62,000-$85,000 annually, commensurate with experience, along with an excellent benefits package, including exceptional health benefits, professional liability coverage, 4% 401(k) company match fully vested, vacation and sick time, paid long-term disability coverage, paid holidays, employee assistance program, professional development funds, robust training program, and second language monthly bonus (subject to assessment).
