About the Job

Griswold Home Care is seeking a compassionate and reliable Home Health Aide to provide elderly care and companionship for our clients. As a caregiver, you will assist with daily living tasks, such as laundry, meal preparation, and grocery shopping, while maintaining a positive attitude and preserving the dignity of our clients.

Responsibilities
  • Assist clients with daily living tasks, such as bathing, dressing, and grooming
  • Provide companionship and social interaction to prevent loneliness and isolation
  • Assist with light housekeeping and meal preparation
  • Transport clients to appointments and engage in activities of interest
  • Document client care and communicate with the office as needed
Requirements
  • NJ CHHA License
  • Reliable transportation
  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • 2+ years of home care experience (caring for a loved one counts)
