At Carolina CoPacking, we are seeking a skilled Technology Innovation Manager to join our team. This role is pivotal in ensuring seamless ERP system operations and maintaining robust IT infrastructure to support business needs.

Job Description

The successful candidate will demonstrate expertise in ERP management, IT operations, and project management, with the ability to lead cross-functional teams and collaborate effectively with stakeholders.

  • ERP System Management:
  • Oversee the implementation, maintenance, and optimization of ERP systems to align with business objectives.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to understand operational requirements and customize ERP functionalities accordingly.
  • Manage ERP system integrations with manufacturing equipment and other business applications.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve ERP-related issues promptly to minimize disruptions to operations.

IT Infrastructure and Networking:

  • Maintain and manage the organization's IT infrastructure, including servers, workstations, and networking equipment.
  • Monitor and ensure the stability, security, and performance of the local area network (LAN), wide area network (WAN), and Wi-Fi systems.
  • Implement and enforce IT security protocols to protect sensitive data and systems from cybersecurity threats.
  • Perform regular system backups, disaster recovery testing, and network performance assessments.
  • Install, configure, and update hardware, software, and network devices as needed.

Project Management:

  • Plan, execute, and oversee IT and ERP-related projects, ensuring timely delivery within scope and budget.
  • Develop detailed project plans, including timelines, resources, and risk mitigation strategies.
  • Lead cross-functional project teams, assign responsibilities, and track progress toward project goals.
  • Conduct regular project status reviews with stakeholders and provide clear updates to management.

Required Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
  • 3-5 years of experience managing ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle, Microsoft Dynamics, Infor) and IT/networking infrastructure.
  • Proficiency in configuring and managing network devices (e.g., routers, switches, firewalls) and operating systems.
  • Experience in implementing and managing IT security solutions, including antivirus, firewalls, and VPNs.
  • Strong project management skills, including experience with Agile or Waterfall methodologies.
  • Excellent troubleshooting and analytical skills to address complex IT and ERP issues.
  • Effective communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work with technical and non-technical teams.

The estimated salary for this position is $80,000 - $110,000 per year, depending on experience and qualifications. We offer comprehensive benefits, including medical, vision, and dental coverage, 401K plan, paid time off, and education reimbursement program.
